Ingredients:

  • 400 ml wheat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 100 ml of kefir
  • 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 50 g butter

Cooking step by step:

1. In a deep dish, combine kefir and chicken egg, whisk and add baking soda. Stir in granulated sugar and salt. Melt the butter in a saucepan or microwave, add it to the kefir mixture.

2. Sift the flour through a kitchen sieve and stir in to the liquid mass, knead a rather thick dough. Wrap your hands around it, cover it with a clean cotton or linen tea towel and leave it in a warm room for half an hour.

3. On a floured table, roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a layer 1 centimeter high. Cut out round blanks using a thin-walled glass. Line a wide baking sheet with baking paper and brush with sunflower oil using a cooking brush.

4. Transfer the dough pieces onto the parchment and prick each piece with a fork in three places. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 25 minutes until light blush. Carefully remove the finished donuts from the parchment and serve immediately.

Donuts with almonds

Ingredients:

  • 300 g flour
  • 75 g butter
  • 50 g sugar
  • 25 g fresh yeast
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 25 g almonds
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • jam
  • powdered sugar

Cooking in stages:

1. Add 1 tbsp to the yeast. a spoonful of granulated sugar, rub a little. Pour in the milk (it should be quite warm) and stir in half a cup of sifted flour. Knead the dough with a fairly dense consistency, leave again in a warm place to rise well. Then divide it into about 50 g portions and roll up the round crumpets, leave to come.

3. Place oiled baking paper on a baking sheet and spread the buns that have come up on it. Brush each with a beaten egg using a silicone cooking brush and sprinkle with chopped almonds. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius until browned.

4. Cool the finished crumpets, cut off the top of each. Brush the bottom of the bun with jam or jam and top with the whipped cream. Cover the filling with "lids". Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Ingredients:

  • 25 g fresh yeast

3. Introduce the risen dough and enough flour to make a dough thick enough to hold a spoon in. Take the dough to a warm room and let it come up for a while - wait until it doubles in volume.
