Step 1
Boil potatoes without peeling. Toss the crushed garlic with one tablespoon of lemon juice, salt and ground black pepper.

Thoroughly coat the schnitzels with the pepper mixture and fry them on both sides over high heat. Cut the potatoes into 4 pieces and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
