I found the recipe for creamy buns on the Internet about 3 years ago. It remains my favorite recipe to this day. The buns are always fluffy, tender and very tasty.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- -200 ml of milk
- 50 g fresh yeast or 1 small bag of dry yeast
- -2 tbsp. l. Sahara
- -200 g butter
- -1 egg
- -300 g flour
- - a pinch of salt
- Filling:
- Sugar and 50 g butter
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the milk a little to keep it warm. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar, add yeast, dissolve and mix thoroughly. Put the milk in a warm place for about 10-15 minutes, until an airy foam appears.
Step 2
Melt butter in a water bath. Add butter to milk mixture, stir.
Then add the egg and mix. And, add flour, salt and mix again. Knead the dough. It should stick and come off your hands. But do not add any more flour, otherwise the buns will not rise.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 3
We take out the dough from the refrigerator. We knead the dough with our hands (if it sticks strongly, then add a little flour).
Divide the dough into 2 equal parts, roll each part 0.5 cm thick. Lubricate with soft butter, sprinkle with sugar, roll up and cut into 10 equal parts. That's almost all!
Step 4
Lubricate the baking sheet with oil. We spread the buns at a distance of 4-5 cm and let them stand for 20 minutes, and at this time you can preheat the oven to 180 degrees, bake the buns for 15-20 minutes!
And, done! Bon Appetit!
