It is necessary

  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 100 ml + 2 tablespoons milk;
  • - 150 ml of water;
  • - vanillin on the tip of a knife;
  • - 12 tbsp. Sahara;
  • - 2 tsp yeast;
  • - 100 g + 2 tablespoons butter;
  • - 500 g + 4 tablespoons flour / s;
  • - 0.5 tsp salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Dissolve the yeast in a warm mixture of milk and water (100 ml). Beat this mixture with vanilla, salt and 2 tbsp with a mixer. Sahara. Pour in 500 g of flour and knead the dough. We cover it with a towel and leave it to come up in a warm place for 3 - 4 hours, crushing it every hour.

Step 2

We divide the dough into two parts so that it is more convenient for us to work with it. Melt the butter (you can use the microwave). Roll out each part, and grease two-thirds of the dough with melted butter. Sprinkle the greased part with sugar and cover with the unlubricated third. Then cover with the missed part.

Step 3

We got a rectangle, half of which we also grease with oil and sprinkle with sugar, and then also cover it with an unlubricated part. We remove the workpiece in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, and then roll it back into the layer, and repeat steps 2 and 3.

Step 4

For sprinkling, grind 2 tablespoons into crumbs. butter, 2 tbsp. sugar, 4 tablespoons flour.

Step 5

Roll out the workpiece again into the layer and cut it into 9 parts. We fold each part with an "envelope" and put it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover with a towel and leave to rise for 1, 5 hours.

Step 6

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. A refractory dish with hot water should be placed on the bottom of the oven: this will make the yeast pastries more fluffy and softer. Grease the matching buns with the remaining milk, sprinkle with crumbs and send to the oven for 10 minutes. After the indicated time, the temperature should be lowered to 170 degrees and the oven should be baked for another 10 minutes. Enjoy your tea!
