It is necessary

  • - small beets;
  • - medium carrot;
  • - half an apple;
  • - half an avocado;
  • - 100 g of cabbage;
  • - 8 prune berries;
  • - 4 tbsp. spoons of seaweed;
  • - turmeric, aromatic sunflower oil, soy sauce.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse carrots and beets, peel. Remove the pit from the avocado, then the skin, cut the core out of the apple. Pour hot water over the prunes, let it stand to soften a little. Chop the cabbage finely, cut the prunes and avocado into small cubes (you can use strips). Grate carrots, apples and beets on a coarse grater. As you understand, you do not need to boil the beets beforehand - they are added to the salad raw.

Step 2

Mix all prepared ingredients in a deep bowl, add turmeric to give the salad a beautiful color (can be replaced with ginger), mash lightly with a spoon. After that, mix the mixture with seaweed, sprinkle with soy sauce. Season with oil, mix thoroughly. It is better to take fragrant sunflower oil, for example, garlic or with spicy herbs, then the "Panicle" salad for weight loss will be tastier.

The salad is ready, sugar, salt and mayonnaise cannot be added to it! Soy sauce provides salty to the salad, while prune carrots provide sweetness. It is enough to start having dinner with such a salad every day, you will notice the result very quickly!
