Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of crackers without salt;
  • Fructose or sugar;
  • Pineapple (both fresh and canned);
  • Honey;
  • Coconut flakes;
  • Natural yogurt without additives;
  • Melted butter;
  • Vanilla and gelatin.

Preparation:

  1. To begin with, we prepare a kind of "flour" from crackers. To do this, break them with your hands into small pieces and put everything in a strong bag. Don't forget to tie it. Then a rolling pin is taken and the contents of the bag are crushed with it.
  2. After that, you should melt the butter and smear it well on the surface of the dish intended for the dessert. Then add the resulting "flour" from crackers to it and add a small amount of granulated sugar or fructose. Use a spoon to flatten the layer and compact. Then the form must be placed in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  3. Pineapples should be cut into pieces and chopped using a blender or meat grinder. After that, you need to drain the juice into a separate container and, if necessary, strain it.
  4. In the resulting juice, stirring it continuously, it is necessary to gently pour gelatin. In order to calculate the exact amount of gelatin that you will need to prepare this dish, you should pay attention to the instructions on the pack.
  5. After that, the container with juice must be warmed up for 5 minutes over very low heat. This will allow the gelatin to swell fairly quickly. Then add a little bit of vanilla sugar to the same container and put honey melted to a liquid state. Beat the mixture thoroughly with a whisk.
  6. Pour the yogurt into a saucepan and, using a whisk, beat it well. After that, dump the pineapple pulp into it, pour in the prepared mass with gelatin and add coconut shavings. Then, using the same whisk, the resulting mass is thoroughly whipped.
  7. After that, the resulting mixture should be carefully placed in the dessert container right on top of the cracker crumbs.
  8. Dessert should stand in the refrigerator for half an hour, and then it can be served. You can decorate each serving with berries or fruits.
