Italian goulash is recommended to be served with polenta. This dish has an unusual, not bored taste. Even if the meat is not the most successful, it will turn out to be very tasty according to this recipe.
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - 800 g of beef;
- - 300 g of onions;
- - 200 g of canned tomatoes;
- - 1 glass of meat broth;
- - 40 g of butter;
- - 1 teaspoon of paprika;
- - 1 lemon;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vinegar;
- - salt, lavrushka, cumin.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the beef into cubes.
Step 2
Simmer the chopped onion in a saucepan in oil until soft, pour in the vinegar, let it evaporate, add aromatic spices.
Step 3
Add meat, tomatoes, garlic, bay leaves, and salt to the onions. Mix. At this stage, you can add some lemon zest to the dish.
Step 4
Pour in broth, bring to a boil, reduce heat. Cover the pan with a lid, simmer for three hours.
Step 5
While stewing, pour in the broth if necessary, stir occasionally. Serve hot.
