Mint blancmange with cherry confiture belongs to French cuisine. The dessert is tasty and low in calories.
It is necessary
- - milk - 250 milliliters;
- - mint leaves - 15 grams;
- - gelatin - 10 grams;
- - sugar - 2 teaspoons;
- - lemon juice - 1 teaspoon;
- - cherry jam Darbo, mint leaves for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
Soak gelatin in milk (50 ml) until swollen. Mix the rest of the milk with sugar, heat to a boil, cool slightly, add gelatin dissolved in a water bath.

Pour the mixture into a blender bowl, add the mint leaves, beat until the mint is chopped, add lemon juice, mix.
Step 3
Pour the mass into molds, send it to the refrigerator - let it freeze.
Step 4
Remove the finished blancmange from the molds; for this, it is enough to immerse them in hot water for a couple of seconds.
Step 5
Heat the jam in a bain-marie, place on a blancmange with a mold, let set. Decorate the sides of the dessert with mint leaves. Enjoy the taste of this French dessert!
