Curd dessert with tangerines is a very tasty delicacy that every family member will surely like. Yes, you can't say that in appearance, but should you judge by it? Dessert can be decorated with, for example, pieces of fruit or chocolate.
It is necessary
- - cottage cheese - 500 g;
- - cream - 400 g;
- - sugar - 150 g;
- - canned tangerines - 1 small jar;
- - gelatin - 18 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the cream into a separate bowl and beat thoroughly. Then add granulated sugar to them and beat again.
Step 2
Combine the resulting sugar-cream mixture with cottage cheese and beat. Next, transfer the canned tangerines along with the syrup to this mass. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 3
Transfer the gelatin to a separate cup and cover with a little warm water. Leave in this state until it swells, that is, for 10-15 minutes. Pour the swollen gelatin into a small saucepan and put on fire. Heat until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Do not boil this mass.
Step 4
Gently pour the slightly cooled gelatinous mass into the curd mixture, stirring constantly, and beat thoroughly.
Step 5
Cover the baking dish with cling film so that its edges hang down. Put the curd-gelatin mass on it. Send the dish to the refrigerator. There it should stand until it hardens completely.
Step 6
Remove the finished dessert from the mold, cut and serve. Curd dessert with tangerines is ready!
