Coconut cream pie is a great occasion to gather the whole family over a cup of tea. This delicate and airy delicacy will delight both adults and children. In addition, the cake is quite simple to prepare and does not take much of your time.

- Dough
- - 4 tbsp. flour.
- - 500 g of kefir;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 200 g of granulated sugar;
- - 1 tsp baking powder or soda? slaked with vinegar.
- Filling
- - 2 tbsp. coconut flakes;
- - 200 g of any non-fat cream;
- - 1 pack of vanilla sugar;
- - 100 g of granulated sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix kefir, eggs, soda, granulated sugar and flour. Knead the dough. Then place the finished base in a baking dish.
Step 2
Prepare the filling. To do this, combine granulated sugar, vanilla sugar and coconut. Mix all ingredients well. Put the resulting filling on the dough.
Step 3
Bake the cake for about 20-25 minutes. Garnish with whipped cream and coconut on top of finished hot baked goods.
