The fish cooked according to this recipe turns out to be tender, soaked in vegetable juices. To prepare it, you will need:
- 400 grams of pink salmon fillet;
- 1 large carrot;
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 3 medium tomatoes;
- salt to taste;
- seasonings for fish to taste.
Instead of pink salmon, you can take fillets of cod, pollock, hake.
Cut the fish fillets into portions and rub them with salt and spices. Cut the carrots into thin strips, cut the onions into thin half rings. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes and peel them, chop them with a blender.
You can season the fish with dry basil, thyme, oregano, marjoram, black pepper, savory, tarragon, parsley root, nutmeg.

Fish marinated with white wine with mushrooms
A delicious fish can be obtained by cooking it with a little wine. The mushrooms, which will be cooked with the fish, are the perfect accompaniment and will add a wonderful flavor to the dish. To create this culinary masterpiece, you will need the following products:
- 1 large fish (carp, carp);
- 50 grams of champignons;
- 1 onion;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 0.5 teaspoon of ground ginger;
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce;
- 1 tablespoon of white wine;
- vegetable oil for frying;
- parsley greens;
- 2-3 slices of lemon.
Cut the peeled mushrooms into thin slices and the onions into strips. Clean the fish from entrails and scales, cut off its head, tail and fins. Then rinse it under running water, pat dry with a paper towel and cut into large pieces.
