Fish cooked with vegetables under marinade turns out to be incredibly tasty, tender and very appetizing. Such a fish is perfect for both the dinner table and for dinner.

  • • 450 g fish fillet;
  • • 2 medium-sized carrots;
  • • 1 ripe tomato;
  • • sunflower oil;
  • • 30 g of wheat flour;
  • • 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar;
  • • 2 onion heads;
  • • some tomato paste;
  • • 4 garlic cloves;
  • • 1 tablespoon of sugar.

Step 1

Rinse the fish in running water, dry it with paper napkins or towels. Then, using a sharp knife, cut into small pieces. Sprinkle them with salt.

Step 2

Pour the pre-sifted flour into a cup, add black pepper and a little salt there. Mix everything thoroughly.

Step 3

Place the frying pan on a hot stove and pour sunflower oil into it. After it heats up, the fish pieces will need to be rolled in prepared flour and put in the pan. Fry them until a beautiful ruddy crust appears over high heat.

Spread paper towels on the table and place the fish on top of them. This will remove excess oil.

Remove the husk from the onion and rinse it in cold water. Then the onion must be cut into small enough cubes using a sharp knife. The husks should also be removed from the garlic cloves, washed. Then they are passed through a garlic press or cut very finely.

Remove the peel from the carrot, rinse it thoroughly and chop it using a coarse grater. Rinse the tomatoes thoroughly and cut them into small cubes with a sharp knife.

Step 7

In a frying pan preheated with oil, you must first add chopped garlic and onions. After the vegetables are fried for 2 minutes, carrots and tomatoes are added to them. Mix everything well and fry with regular stirring over medium heat. Season with salt and add the required amount of sugar.

After 5 minutes, add vinegar and tomato paste to the vegetables. Then add a small amount of water, cover the pan with a lid and let the vegetables simmer for 5 minutes.

Place the fish in a wide bowl and lay the vegetables on top of it. Let the dish steep for 7-10 minutes, after which it can be served.
