This salad is unusual in taste, thanks to the sweet pepper with tangerine and lightly salted fish.
It is necessary
- - Chinese cabbage;
- - lightly salted fish (chum salmon, pink salmon, salmon) 100 g;
- - red bell pepper 1 pc;
- - tomato 1 pc;
- - lemon juice 1 tbsp;
- - tangerine 1-2 pcs;
- - olive oil 3-4 tablespoons;
- - pepper;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Coarsely chop or tear a few Chinese cabbage leaves by hand. Remove the core and stalk from the pepper, cut into small cubes and fry in olive oil. Cool down.
Step 2
Peel the tangerine, remove the film and seeds, cut each slice into 2-3 pieces. Mix with pepper. Cut the tomato into thin slices. Cut the fish into thin slices.
Step 3
On a flat dish, first put the cabbage leaves, on it the tomato slices. Put the thinly sliced fish between tomato slices and cabbage leaves.
Step 4
Arrange the pepper and tangerine at random. Season with salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with lemon juice and olive oil. Garnish with chopped olives or olives if desired.
