Step 1

Chop the cabbage into thin strips. Cut the cucumbers into small cubes. Drain the canned beans and rinse with cold water. Separate the squid from the liquid. Cut the loaf into slices no more than 0.7 cm thick, which are then cut into cubes. These bread cubes must be fried in vegetable oil.

Step 2

Mix cucumbers and cabbage in a salad bowl. Then add the beans and squid. Salt lightly, season with mayonnaise and refrigerate for soaking. The salad should be kept in the cold before serving.

Soak the croutons fried until golden brown with vegetable oil flavored with crushed garlic. Then the crackers are removed before serving the salad to the table.
