In hot summer weather, many of us are saved by ice cream, but no ice cream bought in the store can compare to the delicate and juicy taste of ice cream prepared at home. Strawberry ice cream is ideal as a summer treat.
It is necessary
- - cream with a fat content of 35% (400 ml);
- - icing sugar (150 g);
- - fresh strawberries (500 g).
Instructions
Step 1
We sort out the strawberries, remove the stalks, wash them and dry them with a paper towel. Using a blender, we make berry puree from strawberries and 50 g of powdered sugar. In a separate bowl, beat the cream with 100 g of powdered sugar until a thick, stable foam is obtained, and then mix them with the strawberry puree.
Step 2
Put the prepared mass in a plastic container with a tight-fitting lid and place it in the freezer. The total freezing time is 4 hours, while the first 2 hours at intervals of 20 minutes, strawberry ice cream should be taken out of the freezer and stirred so that the crystallization process occurs evenly.
Step 3
Before serving ice cream to the table, decorate it with whole strawberries.
