- 30 percent cream - 200 grams
- Condensed milk with sugar and concentrated milk - each jar (weighing 380 grams)
- Strawberries, rubbed through a sieve - 100 milliliters
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the condensed milk into a convenient container, place it in a bowl filled with ice. Beat the condensed milk with a mixer until fluffy, then add the grated berries and beat for a couple of minutes. Add cream and continue working with a mixer until the mass thickens.
Step 2
Pour the heavily chilled concentrated milk into a separate container and whisk for two minutes. After that, combine the two whipped masses, mix with a mixer at a low speed. Put the future ice cream in a mold and put it in the freezer.
Step 3
After two hours, take out the ice cream, stir with a spoon and return it to the freezer again - it will take another two or three hours to reach the condition. Fifteen minutes before serving, move the dessert from the freezer to the refrigerator.
Step 4
Soak a round spoon in hot water, pat dry with a clean cloth, then scoop up the ice cream. Drizzle each serving with cream or berry sauce, sprinkle with chopped nuts or grated chocolate, garnish with mint or whole berries.
