Very tasty, healthy and hearty desserts are obtained from cottage cheese and berries. They complement the dinner perfectly.

- - 600 g frozen berries;
- - vegetable oil;
- - 250 g of sugar;
- - 500 g of cottage cheese;
- - 500 g of vanilla yogurt;
- - 3 bags of vanilla sugar;
- - zest and juice of 1 lemon.

Step 1
First you need to chop the nuts. Defrost the berries a little. Then cover the baking sheet with baking paper and grease it with a little vegetable oil.
Step 2
To make caramel, you need to take 175 g of sugar, put in a pan and melt over medium heat until light yellow. The resulting mixture should be mixed with the nuts and placed on a piece of aluminum foil, and then smoothed with a greased wooden spatula. Next, you need to cool and chop the caramel into pieces with a knife.
Step 3
It is recommended to grind the berries in a blender. Add the remaining sugar to the resulting puree.
Step 4
Then cottage cheese, yogurt, vanilla sugar, zest and lemon juice are mixed.
Step 5
Chopped nut caramel, curd cream and berry puree are carefully laid out in layers in glasses. Dessert can be garnished with fresh currants, raspberries or strawberries and caramel sticks.

Before serving, berry curd with caramel should be stored in the refrigerator.
