This cake begins to be prepared not from the dough, but from the filling. To do this, pour gelatin into the cream (100 ml), mix thoroughly and leave for a few minutes.

Then add 50 ml of cream and heat until the gelatin dissolves.

Whip the remaining cream, add sugar (2 tablespoons) and beat again.

Chop half of the peaches and stir with whipped cream. Pour in yogurt and cooled gelatin. Mix everything thoroughly.

Place cling film in a deep dish and pour the filling. Put in the cold for 3-4 hours.

Beat whites with sugar until foam forms.

Beat the egg yolks with sugar and softened butter.

Mix wheat flour with starch and baking powder.

Then combine with yolks and whites, mix gently.

The biscuit is baked for about half an hour at 180 C. The main thing is not to open the oven, otherwise the cake will settle.

Cut the cake lengthwise. The top of the cake must be divided into several pieces.

Soak the bottom part with peach juice, put the filling on top.

Separately mix condensed milk and lime zest, saturate the top of the biscuit with it.
