Step 1

Boil the shrimps in salted water, adding bay leaves, black peppercorns during cooking. The cooking time is the same as for squid - 2-3 minutes.

Boil rice until crumbly.

Peel the apple, remove seeds, cut into medium-sized cubes. Cut the cucumber as well. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Peel the onion and cut it in half. In this form, scald it with boiling water, then cut into cubes.

Mix together: cucumber, cheese, squid, onion, apple, salt to taste, add mayonnaise and stir again.

Put the mass on a plate in such a way as to make a slide. At the top, make a depression and insert a tomato cut into the top of a crater.

Step 8

Lay the shrimps down to the tomato to simulate lava flows. The shrimp are garnished with mayonnaise, which must be applied in streams; to enhance the effect, add streams from ketchup. The bottom of the volcano can also be decorated with shrimp.
