Summer is the time for fresh vegetables and fruits, rich in various microelements and vitamins. There are many recipes for cooking various summer dishes, one of them is a light salad with shrimp and lemon dressing.
It is necessary
- - 400 g of peeled shrimp;
- - 300 g tomato;
- - 2 avocados;
- - 200 g mozzarella;
- - green salad;
- - basil;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of lemon juice;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
- - 1 teaspoon of soy sauce.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the shrimp in salted water, cool and pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Step 2
Wash the tomatoes, cut into small wedges and put them in a salad bowl with boiled shrimp.
Step 3
Wash the avocado, peel, cut into neat wedges and add to the salad along with mozzarella and fresh basil.
Step 4
Rinse the lettuce leaves under water, dry slightly with a paper towel, tear into small pieces and place in a salad bowl.
Step 5
In a separate bowl, make a salad dressing with lemon juice, olive oil, and soy sauce.
Step 6
Season the salad with cooked lemon sauce, quickly and gently mix all the ingredients and serve.
