Step 1
The fish must be defrosted in the air. Cover it with foil to keep the juice.

Then rinse thoroughly and proceed to butchering. Cut off the head, tail and fins. If you bought fresh frozen fish, then it will already be cleaned of entrails.

Cut the salmon into small pieces so that they bake well. Salt them. Marinate. Place the fish in a saucepan and pour over the juice squeezed from half a lemon. Leave to marinate for an hour.

Preheat the oven to two hundred degrees.

Rinse the tomatoes. Cut into small rings.

Place the fish on a pre-cooked sheet of foil. Fold the two leaves to keep all the salmon juice in the foil. Add basil, a small lump of butter. Season to taste. Cover the fish with the tomato slices. Wrap everything up well. You will get a kind of envelope.
Step 7
Make several of these envelopes with salmon so that the dish is portioned. Leave them in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
Step 8
Take out your envelopes, the juice from the fish should be preserved in them.
Place the fish on a platter. Garnish with fresh dill. Cut the remaining lemon half into thin slices and place on a plate. You can serve fish with fresh vegetables or boiled rice (it all depends on your taste). You have a tasty and healthy dish. Bon Appetit.
