If you like cottage cheese pastries, you should definitely make cookies called "Roses". It will amaze you with its delicate taste, simplicity of preparation and beautiful view.
It is necessary
- - wheat flour - 450 g;
- - cottage cheese - 250 g;
- - butter - 100 g;
- - egg yolks - 2 pcs.;
- - sugar - 1/2 cup;
- - vanillin on the tip of a knife;
- - soda on the tip of a knife;
- - lemon juice - 1 teaspoon.
Instructions
Step 1
Put the grated cottage cheese, egg yolks, as well as granulated sugar, vanillin and melted butter in a separate cup. Rub all of the above ingredients thoroughly together. Thanks to this, you form a homogeneous mass.
Step 2
Add soda to the sifted flour, after extinguishing it with lemon juice. Then combine the resulting mixture with the curd mass. Having mixed everything well, you will get a dough for "Rosettes". Keep the finished dough in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Step 3
Remove the chilled dough from the refrigerator and roll it into a layer that is at least 5 millimeters thick. Cut round figures out of it using the neck of the glass.
Step 4
Put the circles obtained from the dough on top of each other so that each lies on the edge of the previous one, that is, overlap. This way you will end up with something like a strip. You will need 3 shapes for one such strip.
Step 5
Wrap the strips formed from the dough in the form of a tube, then cut each such blank in half. Thus, from one strip you get 2 "Roses".
Step 6
On a greased baking sheet or oil, place the biscuits at some distance from each other with the cut side down. Bake the treat in the oven at 170 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
Step 7
After the time has elapsed, remove the dish from the oven, cool, and then decorate, for example, with powdered sugar. Cookies "Roses" are ready!
