Fish kebab with shrimps is perfect for both a regular feast and for a picnic in nature.
It is necessary
- - fillet of dense white fish 400 g;
- - royal shrimp 200 g.
- For the marinade
- - rosemary 2-3 sprigs;
- - lemon 1 pc;
- - garlic 2 tooth;
- - olive oil 7 tbsp;
- - ground white pepper, salt.
- For decoration
- - lettuce leaves;
- - dill greens;
- - radish;
- - olives;
- - lemon slices.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and crush the garlic. Pour the lemon over with boiling water, dry. Remove the zest with a sharp grater. Then cut in half and squeeze the juice out of each half.
Step 2
For the marinade, remove the leaves from the rosemary sprigs, chop them, combine with garlic, lemon juice and zest, olive oil, salt and pepper, mix everything.
Step 3
Wash the fish, dry it and cut into small pieces. Wash shrimps, peel, dry.
Step 4
Put fish and shrimps in the marinade for 2 hours. Then string shrimp and pieces of white fish on small wooden skewers. Fry the kebabs on the grill or grill for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Step 5
Put ready-made kebabs on a dish with lettuce leaves. Decorate with dill herbs, radishes, olives and lemon slices.
