  • - gelatin - 20 g;
  • - salt;

  • - smoked mackerel - 500 g;
  • - dill - 1 large bunch;
  • - capers - 1 large handful.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour 1.5 liters of water into a saucepan and dip the meat into it. The broth must be boiled for 2 hours, remembering to remove the foam. When half an hour is left until the broth is ready, add ingredients such as peeled onions and carrots to it. Also, do not forget to pepper and salt it. Pour the gelatin into a glass and pour 2 tablespoons of warm boiled water.

When the broth is ready, strain it, then add the swollen gelatin to it. Mix everything thoroughly. Cut a small piece from the boiled beef and cut it into cubes. Cut ingredients such as olives, olives and cucumbers into slices and cut the eggs lengthwise into 2 equal parts.
