Pancakes can act as a separate dish and a bread substitute. Hot pancakes can be an excellent breakfast and can also be a great addition to your first course. For example, they perfectly accentuate the taste of fish soup. Also, this uncomplicated dish can be a good snack for beer or kvass.
It is necessary
- - 600 g of capelin caviar
- - 4 things. eggs
- - one zucchini
- - ½ bunch fresh spinach
- - ½ bunch of dill
- - 1 glass of flour

Step 1
Defrost the frozen caviar first. Drain off unnecessary water. Add eggs to the roe. Wash the dill and pat dry through a towel or napkin. Chop the herbs finely and add to the bowl to the contents.

These pancakes will not spoil tomato sauce or tartar. It is best to make the sauce yourself and not use a store bought one. Tartare can be made by mixing mayonnaise with herbs, garlic and gherkins, adding a little citric acid.
