This almond pie is made on a baking sheet. It turns out delicious. It is very easy to peel almonds - put them in a saucepan, cover with water, cover, bring to a boil, then put them in a colander, that's all - now the nuts will be squeezed out of the skin with ease! It takes a little over half an hour to make a pie.

- - 4 tbsp. spoons of milk;
- - a bag of vanilla sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Grease a baking sheet and sprinkle with a little flour. Preheat the oven in advance to 200 degrees.
Step 2
Combine the cream and sugar with a mixer, add the vanilla, eggs one at a time, lemon zest and salt while whisking. Once the mixture is smooth, turn off the mixer.
Step 3
Add flour and baking powder to the dough, stir with a spatula or fork. Spread the dough evenly over the baking sheet, bake at the specified temperature for no more than 10 minutes. The biscuit will be thin, so it will cook quickly.
Step 4
During this time, you will have time to prepare the filling. Beat butter, sugar and vanilla sugar, milk with a mixer or fork. The mixture should be fluffy and light. Finally add the peeled almonds, mix gently with a fork.
Step 5
Remove the baking sheet from the oven, spread the finished filling on the base (you can lay it out directly with your hands), put it in the oven for another 10 minutes. Then take out the baking sheet, let the finished cake cool. Cut it into portions. A quick almond pie is ready, it is very tasty to serve with milk, but you can also with tea or with a cup of coffee for breakfast.
