Everyone has tasted the Mimosa salad, which can be found on festive tables in many homes. We offer you to cook "Mimosa" roll, the original serving of the classic salad will not leave anyone indifferent!
It is necessary
- - 3 sheets of Armenian lavash;
- - 250 ml mayonnaise;
- - 3 boiled eggs;
- - 1 can of saury;
- - 200 g of cheese;
- - green onions;
- - fresh dill.
Instructions
Step 1
Spread pita bread on the table, coat each leaf with mayonnaise. Rub eggs on one sheet, cheese on the second, and spread saury crumpled with a fork on the last.
Step 2
Sprinkle each pita leaf with dill and onions on top.
Step 3
Roll the first sheet into a roll. Place it at the beginning of the second cheese sheet, continue folding.
Step 4
Now put the roll at the beginning of the third sheet of pita bread, wrap the roll up to the end.
Step 5
