Start your day with this delicious casserole, inspired by the pineapple and banana filling.
It is necessary
- - 1 egg;
- - 250 g of cottage cheese;
- - 200 g of pineapple;
- - 1 large ripe banana;
- - 0.5 tsp soda;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - 1 tbsp. Sahara
- - 2 tbsp. sour cream;
- - 3 tbsp. flour;
- - fresh berries for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
Grind the banana and pineapple in a mixer until smooth. Beat the egg with a blender, mix with cottage cheese, sour cream and sugar.
Step 2
Sift the flour with baking soda and a pinch of salt. Combine all three mixtures, beat quickly with a blender until smooth and pour into a mold.
Step 3
The oven must be preheated to 180 degrees in advance. We immediately send the curd mixture there and after 25 minutes (+ 5 minutes for the casserole to cool down a little and thicken) we enjoy delicious curd baked goods! Bon Appetit!
