The curd casserole itself is quite simple, it is made from cottage cheese, eggs and sugar. But you can add spice to the usual casserole by making it with an exotic fruit, namely passionfruit.
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - 300 g of crumbly cottage cheese;
- - 250 g of soft fat-free cottage cheese;
- - 5 pieces. passion fruit;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of starch;
- - 1 egg;
- - butter.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix soft and crumbly curd together. Add sugar and beat in an egg, mix thoroughly until almost smooth.
Step 2
Remove the pulp from the three fruits, squeeze the juice out of it. Do not touch the pulp of two more fruits yet - we will need it to decorate the finished curd casserole.
Step 3
Dissolve the starch in passionfruit juice, add it to the curd mixture, stir.
Step 4
Grease the mold with butter, sprinkle a little with flour. You can sprinkle chopped nuts on the pan. Lay out the curd dough.
Step 5
Bake for 30-40 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
Step 6
Allow the cooked casserole to cool slightly, cut it into portions, put on plates, top with fruit juicy pulp. Top with whipped cream, sour cream or any yogurt, if desired, garnish with fresh mint leaves.
