Fizzy drink lovers have been experimenting with Cola for a long time, turning it into the most varied and sometimes unusual delicacies. One of the popular recipes is jelly. The recipe is simple, and the dessert is not only original, but also quite funny. Children will be delighted.
It is necessary
- - 1 liter of Coca-Cola;
- - 30 g of gelatin;
- - 3 tbsp. spoons of water.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour a liter of Coca-Cola into a ladle or saucepan. Add 30 grams of gelatin and three tablespoons of water. Leave the mass aside for 20 minutes to swell.
Step 2
After 20 minutes, place the pan with the swollen gelatin on low heat. Stir continuously until the gelatin granules are completely dissolved, but do not simmer.
Step 3
Cut the Coca-Cola bottle lengthwise (use a utility knife for convenience). Remove the sticker, if you wish, you can decorate the dessert with it. Then wrap tape around the cut so that no liquid leaks out when you pour it. It is best to cover it in several layers (do not regret scotch tape). Gently pour the warmed Coca-Cola and gelatin mixture into the bottle. Screw the cap back on the bottle and put it in the refrigerator for about 3-4 hours (you can leave it overnight if you like).
Step 4
After 3-4 hours, remove the jelly bottle from the refrigerator, free it from the tape.
Step 5
Cut the plastic as neatly as possible and remove the congealed Coca-Cola jelly from the bottle. Cut the jelly into portions, and if you want to surprise the household, then serve the whole dish in the form of a bottle (do not forget about the sticker with the logo of the drink).
