As the main ingredient, you can use pork, beef, veal, lamb, turkey or chicken, and more. It all depends on your taste and preferences. Classic minced meat for dumplings includes three types of meat - beef, pork and lamb. To add juiciness, we also add a little milk to the minced meat.

- 300 gr. lamb;
- 200 gr. pork;
- 100 g lard;
- 100 g milk;
- 2 onions;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- ground black pepper;
- salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the meat with cold water and pat dry with a paper towel.
Step 2
Cut the meat and lard into small pieces.
Step 3
Scroll the meat through a meat grinder, alternating between pork, beef, lard and lamb.
Step 4
Peel the onion and cut into 4 pieces and also scroll through a meat grinder.
Step 5
Peel the garlic and pass it through a crusher.
Step 6
Add the onion and garlic to the minced meat.
Step 7
Season the meat with salt and pepper.
Step 8
Mix the minced meat thoroughly, gradually adding milk.
Step 9
Cover the prepared minced meat with a towel and let stand for 15 minutes before use.
