It is necessary

  • Meringue:

  • - 1 tsp lemon juice;
  • - 300 g of icing sugar.
  • Filling:
  • - 400 ml sour cream from 25%;
  • - 400 ml of natural yogurt;
  • - 600 g of strawberries;
  • - 500 g raspberries;
  • - a bunch of mint;
  • - 10 tbsp. icing sugar.
  • - additional powdered sugar and mint leaves for decoration.

Instructions

Step 1

Set the oven to heat up to 110 degrees. In a clean bowl, beat the whites with lemon juice (it should be added immediately - then the whites will beat faster and harder), gradually adding the powdered sugar. The mass ready for shaping does not drain from the rim and retains its shape in any position ("hard peaks").

Step 2

Line 2 large baking sheets with baking paper. Draw 9 circles with a diameter of 7 cm on the back of the paper (so that the finished product is not "decorated" with ink stains).

Step 3

Bake the base for 90 minutes. Cool completely (preferably in a slightly open oven) and only then remove from the paper.

Step 4

For the filling, beat the sour cream with powdered sugar with a mixer. And do not try to replace it with a less liquid one, otherwise you will get water instead of cream! Add natural yogurt and stir by hand.

Step 5

Finely chop the leaves from a bunch of mint with a knife and add to the cream, mix again gently for a short time.

Step 6

Just before serving, put the mixture of berries in the baskets, top with the cream, garnish with powdered sugar and whole mint leaves and serve!
