There are a huge number of recipes for stuffed peppers. This recipe is different from standard recipes. It is very simple, but despite this, the dish turns out to be extremely tasty.
It is necessary
- - 5 large bell peppers;
- - 1 chicken fillet;
- - 3 medium tomatoes;
- - yogurt without food additives;
- - greens at will (preferably dill);
- - a few feathers of green onions;
- - 150 g of hard cheese;
- - salt to taste;
- - pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
First, clear the seeds from the pepper. Ponytails do not need to be removed. The serving size will depend on the size of the pepper.
Step 2
For the filling, cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. The smaller the pieces are, the more convenient it will be to put them in the pepper. The tomatoes must be peeled. To do this, scald them with boiling water. After that, the peel from the tomato will be easy to peel off. Then cut the processed tomatoes into small cubes. Then finely chop the herbs and green onions.
Step 3
Combine chopped chicken, tomatoes, herbs and yogurt. Season with salt, pepper and spices to taste.
Step 4
Stuff each pepper half with cooked minced meat. Put the pepper on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 180 - 200 degrees. When the pepper is almost ready, sprinkle it with finely grated cheese and bake for another 10 - 15 minutes.

Thanks to yoghurt, the filling turns out to be unusually juicy and tasty.
