It is necessary

    • Casserole with cottage cheese:
    • 400 g frozen pitted cherries;
    • 100 g semolina;
    • 200 g low-fat cottage cheese;
    • 2 eggs;
    • 100 g sugar;
    • 400 ml of milk;
    • a pinch of vanillin;
    • 50 ml cream;
    • butter.
    • Casserole with bread crumbs:
    • 200 g fresh cherries;
    • 150 g white bread crumbs;
    • 100 g sugar;
    • 1 tablespoon potato starch
    • 1 tablespoon caster sugar
    • butter.

Instructions

Step 1

Bake a curd casserole with frozen cherries. Separate the whites from the yolks and beat until firm. Mash the yolks with sugar and a pinch of vanillin. Pour the cream into the yolk mixture in portions and add the semolina. Stir everything thoroughly.

Step 2

Boil milk and add cottage cheese to it. Thoroughly grind the mass until smooth and gently stir in the yolk mixture. Heat everything together for 3-5 minutes. Remove pan from heat and refrigerate. Insert the proteins into the dough in portions and gently, from bottom to top, mix them so that they do not fall off.

Step 3

Grease the refractory mold with butter. Place a layer of frozen pitted cherries on the bottom. Pour the dough over the berries and smooth it out. Sprinkle butter flakes over the surface and place the dish in the oven at 200C. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Serve tea or cold milk with this casserole.

Step 4

It is very easy to make a casserole with fresh cherries and white bread. Sort out the berries and rinse them in running water. Dry by sprinkling on a towel, then remove the seeds from the cherries with a special machine. Place the berries in a saucepan, add half a cup of sugar and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and refrigerate.

Step 5

Combine bread crumbs with 1/4 cup sugar. Grease small, deep molds with butter. ¾ Spread the bread mixture over the bottom and walls of the tins. Place the cherries tightly in them and sprinkle with the icing sugar and starch mixture. Cover the berries with the remaining crumbs on top. Place the molds on a baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 200C. Cook the casserole for 15-20 minutes.

Step 6

Place the baked bread turrets on portioned plates, carefully turning the tins over. Serve warm with a couple of tablespoons of unsweetened natural yogurt.
