Champignons are very popular mushrooms, tasty and healthy. They are a source of protein, contain many useful amino acids, as well as micro and macro elements. In terms of the amount of fluoride, champignons can compete with fish. In addition, they are low in calories, so mushroom dishes are suitable for fasting days and when following various diets.

- - 500 g chicken fillet;

- - 1 kg of mushrooms;
- - 6 heads of onions;
- - 300 g of cheese;
- - 250 g sour cream;
- - 5-6 cloves of garlic;
- - ½ glass of vegetable oil;
- - 1 egg.

Step 1
Bouquet salad
Wipe the mushrooms with a napkin and chop finely. Peel and chop the onions with a knife. Then fry the mushrooms and onions in vegetable oil. Season with salt, pepper and refrigerate. Rinse the chicken fillet and boil in lightly salted water. Cook the carrots and beets separately. Cut the chicken and carrots into small cubes. Boil 4 hard boiled eggs. Chill and peel, then chop finely together with walnut kernels. Prepared products: mushrooms fried with onions, boiled chicken fillets and carrots, combine eggs and walnuts, season with mayonnaise. Mix everything well and put in a slide in a deep salad bowl.
Step 2
To decorate the salad, make omelet roses with beetroot filling. To do this, prepare an omelet dough: mix the remaining raw egg with milk, flour and a pinch of salt. Pour in a teaspoon of vegetable oil and whisk all the ingredients lightly. Bake 2 omelette pancakes from this dough.
Step 3
Grate boiled beets with peeled garlic. Add some mayonnaise and mix well. Apply the prepared mass in a thin layer on the omelets, roll them into rolls, then cut into round slices about 1 centimeter thick. Spread the resulting roses on the surface of the salad and decorate with green leaves.

Champignons baked with cheese
Wipe the mushrooms thoroughly with a damp cloth and cut into slices. Peel the onions and chop finely. Fry the mushrooms in a skillet with vegetable oil. When all the liquid has boiled away, add the onion and let it cook. Then cool and mix with a raw egg. Grease the mold with oil and put the cooked mushroom mass into it. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle with mushrooms. Peel the garlic, chop with a knife and combine with sour cream. Season with salt to taste and pour over the mushrooms with the mixture. Place the mushroom dish in the oven and bake at 180 ° C until a delicious golden crust is formed.
