Delicate meatless cutlets will delight both adults and children at a family or festive table. You can pour it over with gravy or serve it this way - it will be delicious anyway!
It is necessary
- - 125 g of yogurt without additives;
- - 200 g of dry chickpeas (chickpeas);
- - 150 g green peas;
- - one bow head;
- - 20-30 g of any vegetable oil;
- - one chicken egg;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 45 g of crushed crackers;
- - 5 g of soda;
- - spices: coriander, salt, turmeric, pepper, cumin;
- - sweet paprika;
- - 20 g of dill.
Instructions
Step 1
Soak the chickpeas in unboiled water with the addition of soda in advance, leave overnight. In the morning, drain the water, put the chickpeas in a saucepan and cook until cooked.
Step 2
After cooking - place the chickpeas in a colander and rinse with boiled water, leave to drain.
Step 3
Peel the onion and garlic, cut the onion into several parts (3-5), leave the garlic intact.
Step 4
Put everything - chopped onion and whole chives, and dripped chickpeas in a deep saucepan and beat with a blender until smooth.
Step 5
Then add unsweetened yogurt, green peas, an egg, crushed crackers, seasonings (black pepper and ordinary salt), spices crushed in a mortar (sweet paprika, coriander, turmeric, cumin), mix thoroughly either with a blender or with a simple spoon.
Step 6
Wash the dill and chop very finely, add to the lean minced meat and mix everything thoroughly again.
Step 7
Roll the cutlets with wet hands. Heat a frying pan over maximum heat, add oil and fry all the resulting cutlets. Instead of frying, you can bake the patties in the oven. Put everything on a beautiful dish, decorate as desired.
