- 75 g butter;
- 250 g flour;
- 3 tsp baking powder;
- 1 egg;
- 75 g sugar;
- vanillin.
Instructions
Step 1
To get the zest, grate the orange peel on a fine grater without removing it from the fruit.
Step 2
Squeeze the orange juice into a separate bowl. Pour milk into it. Stir.
Step 3
Separately sift the flour and baking powder. Add vanillin (or vanilla sugar), granulated sugar and grated orange zest. Stir.
Step 4
Place the butter in a saucepan and melt over low heat, stirring continuously, so that the butter does not burn. Set aside and let cool slightly.
Step 5
Beat the egg into the milk-orange mixture. Stir and pour in the melted butter. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
Step 6
Pour a mixture of flour, sugar and zest into the resulting liquid mass. Mix. Do not bring to homogeneity!
