Step 1

Wash the orange, dry it, peel it off. Finely three peel, squeeze the juice from the pulp, pour four tablespoons onto the dough.

Cut off 150 grams of butter and heat it in a water bath (you can just leave it at room temperature and for 20 minutes so that it becomes soft).

We put the oven on heating (180 degrees).

Lubricate the molds with soft oil and sprinkle a little with flour. If we use silicone molds, then do not lubricate.

Step 2
