Omelet is a tasty and satisfying dish that energizes in the morning. You can make it as useful as possible with the help of cabbage fried with onions.

- Ingredients for 3 omelettes:
- For filling:
- - medium cabbage forks
- - onion;
- - 3 tablespoons of olive oil;
- - 1, 5 teaspoons of salt;
- - a pinch of black pepper;
- - 250 ml sour cream;
- - 3 cloves of garlic;
- - grated cheese (quantity to taste).
- For the omelet:
- - 6 eggs;
- - 6 spoons of water;
- - salt, black pepper, paprika, parsley (all to taste);
- - 6 tablespoons of olive oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour 3 tablespoons of olive oil into a frying pan and fry chopped onions in it over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Step 2
Add chopped cabbage to the onion. Salt and pepper, simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring constantly.

Put the sour cream in a small saucepan and heat it a little over low heat.
Step 4
Add 50 gr to sour cream. grated cheese and squeeze the garlic. Stir until smooth and remove from heat.
Step 5
Put the sour cream and cheese in a pan to the finished cabbage and mix.
Step 6
For an omelet (there are 3 of them in total), mix 2 eggs and 2 tablespoons of water, add salt, pepper and paprika.

Fry the omelet on 2 tablespoons of olive oil on 2 sides.
Step 8
Put a third of the cabbage with sour cream and cheese on half an omelet.
Step 9
Close the filling with the second half of the omelet, top with a little grated cheese and chopped parsley. We immediately serve hot omelet on the table to enjoy its taste and aroma.
