A little imagination and … a classic homemade cake turns into a work of culinary art!
It is necessary
- Dough:
- - 200 g soft butter;
- - 200 g of sugar;
- - 500 g sour cream;
- - 4-5 glasses of flour;
- - 1 tsp soda.
- Cream:
- - 600 g sour cream;
- - 150 g of sugar;
- - 4 tablespoons crumbled halva;
- - 4 tablespoons favorite jam;
- - 4 tablespoons chopped almonds.
Instructions
Step 1
Remove the oil from the refrigerator in advance so that it softens. Grind it with sugar, add flour sifted with baking soda (for a start - 4 glasses: it is better not to add than to shift) and sour cream. Knead the dough, which would stick to your hands (otherwise the cakes will be dry). Send in the cold for half an hour.
Step 2
Put the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. Remove the dough from the refrigerator, divide into 5 parts. Roll each one out on oiled paper. When working with dough, it is better to grease your hands with oil: it will stick to your hands.
Step 3
We bake each cake for 20-25 minutes, pre-pricked with a fork. Readiness can be determined by color: ready-made cake of golden color.
Step 4
Mix all the ingredients for the cream with a mixer and coat the cakes. Put to soak: first an hour at room temperature, and then in the refrigerator for 5-7 hours. Decorate the top with almond petals or chocolate if desired. Bon Appetit!
