For adherents of a dietary and healthy diet, a salad with avocado, tomatoes and feta cheese can be an excellent dish on the menu. The salad turns out to be very light, it is prepared quite quickly without meat and mayonnaise.
It is necessary
- - tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
- - medium-sized avocado - 1 pc.;
- - lemon - 1 pc.;
- - feta cheese - 150 g;
- - salted croutons - 50 g;
- - olive oil - 3 tbsp. l.;
- - soy sauce - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - sesame seeds - 1 tsp;
- - sunflower seeds - 1 tsp;
- - any greens (dill, parsley) - a bunch;
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the tomatoes and then cut into medium-sized cubes. If you like larger slices, you can simply cut the tomatoes into slices.
Step 2
In a skillet in a little oil, fry the sesame and sunflower seeds until they begin to brown.
Step 3
Wash the avocado, peel, remove the seeds, and then cut into small cubes. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes too. Wash the salad greens, pat dry on a paper towel and chop finely.
Step 4
Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl, then add the soy sauce, lemon juice and olive oil. The salad must be mixed well and must be tasted. If it seems to you that the salad is not salty enough, then add salt. Keep in mind that feta cheese and soy sauce sometimes give a rather strong salt flavor.
Step 5
After you arrange the salad with avocado and tomatoes into portions, you can decorate it with croutons on top before serving. You should not add croutons in advance, otherwise they will get wet.
Croutons can be replaced with crispbreads, as well as self-prepared croutons.
Those who like spicy dishes can add a red onion to this salad.
