Nuggets are the most popular dish among fast food lovers. It will be safer to cook nuggets at home, taking control of their preparation in your own hands. The taste of homemade chicken nuggets (from the English "nugget" - nugget) is in no way inferior to restaurant nuggets, especially in cooking we will use not processed poultry meat, but chicken fillet.
It is necessary
- - 500 grams of chicken fillet;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 700 milliliters of vegetable oil;
- - 70 grams of bread crumbs;
- - Adyghe salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
We will prepare the necessary products: chicken fillet, eggs, vegetable oil, bread crumbs, Adyghe salt.

We wash the chicken fillet and remove the film. Cut it into cubes of approximately the same size, 2.5-3 centimeters each.

We break the eggs into a separate container, add the Adyghe salt to them.

Beat the eggs with a fork, whisk or mixer until smooth.

Dip each piece of fillet into the egg mixture.

Then roll the chicken pieces in breadcrumbs.

And put it in one layer in a deep-fried basket.

Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, select the “Multi-cook” mode on the display, set the temperature to 160 degrees and the cooking time to 17 minutes.
If the "Multipovar" program is not provided for your multicooker model, then you can use the "Fry" mode.
Step 9
After 2-3 minutes, when the oil warms up to the desired temperature, put a basket of nuggets in the oil and fry them until golden brown. To prevent the nuggets from turning over, they must be completely submerged in the oil.
Be careful when frying nuggets: the oil is very hot!

At the end of the program, we take out the basket with nuggets from the oil, place it on the pan, let the oil drain.

Serve chicken nuggets with sweet and sour, mustard, mayonnaise-garlic or honey sauce.
