- - butter - 50 g;
- - water - 300 g;
- - green beans - 50 g;
- - carrots - 50 g;
- - onions - 100 g;

- - coconut milk - 200 ml;
- - curry - 1 tsp;
- - bay leaves - 2 pcs.;
- - vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - salt - 0.5 tsp.
Instructions
Step 1
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Lightly fry the chicken fillet on it. Add curry and fill with water. Bring to a boil, add bay leaves and simmer.
Step 2
Cut potatoes, carrots into small cubes. Beans mode in cubes of about 2 cm.
Step 3
Add potatoes, carrots and beans to the soup, salt. Pour in coconut milk, bring to a boil again, then reduce heat.
Step 4
Onion mode in small cubes, lightly fry in vegetable oil. Add to soup. Cook for another 2 minutes.
