Pour spices into juice with zest: 1 tablespoon of ground coriander and turmeric seeds, 1 teaspoon of salt. Peel and press 4 cloves of garlic. Melt about 100 grams of honey. Add garlic and honey to the marinade. Rinse six chicken thighs or other parts of the chicken, dry, put in a bowl and cover with marinade. Refrigerate for at least an hour, preferably overnight.

Take a baking dish, brush it with butter. Place the chicken pieces into a mold. Strain the marinade (if desired). Then you can simply pour the whole marinade on the chicken, but in this case, she will not have to bake, but stew in it. You can add only a fraction of the marinade so that it covers the chicken until about halfway down. Then the chicken will bake beautifully. Put the remaining marinade on the stove and cook until thick. Turn the oven on at a temperature of 210-220 ° C. Cut the delayed orange into 1 centimeter thick slices. Place the slices on top of the chicken.
Step 4
Place the chicken dish in the preheated oven and bake until golden brown, about 40 minutes. Open the oven periodically during baking and gently pour the marinade over the chicken. Make sure that the meat does not start to burn. You can turn down the heat a little. Put the cooked chicken on a serving dish, pour over the marinade, garnish with herbs and serve.
