Delicious and juicy chicken is easy to prepare and to place on any festive table.
It is necessary
1 medium chicken (1-1.5 kilograms), 3 oranges, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 teaspoon of curry, 1 tablespoon of dry white wine, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Wash the chicken, pat dry with a paper towel and cut into portions. Rub each piece of chicken with garlic.
Step 2
Squeeze the juice from one orange, cut the remaining two into slices. Add curry, wine, salt, pepper to orange juice and stir.
Step 3
Pour the resulting orange juice over the chicken, put the orange circles on top and refrigerate for 2 hours. Toss the chicken with the orange slices and let sit for another hour.
Step 4
Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Place the chicken pieces with the orange on a baking sheet and cover with the marinade.
Step 5
Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about an hour.
