We often gather with friends at the dacha. There are not only women in our company, but also men. Therefore, this cake was named after them. We prepare refreshments for the gatherings ourselves. I can't remember who invented this cake, but I can say for sure - any person, even a man, can bake it.
It is necessary
- - 1 pack of puff pastry (yeast is best),
- - 2 eggs,
- - 2 sweet peppers,
- - 200 g fresh asparagus,
- - 300 g of cauliflower,
- - a few sprigs of mint,
- - salt,
- - pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Defrost the dough, knead it with your hands and put it in a dish greased with vegetable oil (you can also sprinkle with breadcrumbs or line the bottom with baking paper). You can use a baking sheet for baking, or you can cook in portions, in special ceramic forms.
Step 2
Place in the oven for 10-15 minutes, so that the dough rises and browns a little.
Step 3
In the meantime, prepare the filling. Beat the eggs, wash the vegetables, cut the pepper into slices, pour boiling water over the cabbage and divide into inflorescences.
Step 4
Take out the mold, pour the beaten eggs onto the dough, put the vegetables, season with salt and pepper and send back to the oven for 15 minutes. until fully cooked (you need to focus on the bottom of the pie - it should not be very dry). Decorate the finished cake with mint leaves.
