Delicious and hearty sausage meatballs can be a great breakfast for the whole family.
It is necessary
- - 100 g low-fat sour cream;
- - 4 things. medium-sized boiled potatoes;
- - 150 g of hard cheese;
- - 150 g of doctoral sausage;
- - 100 g green onions;
- - 2 pcs. chicken eggs;
- - 20 g of premium flour;
- - 20 ml of vegetable oil;
- - salt and black pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Grate warm boiled potatoes on a fine grater. Put the doctor's sausage in the freezer for 30 minutes. The sausage should freeze a lot, but not turn into ice. Rub the sausage into a separate container and put it back in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Rinse and dry the onion, chop finely. Beat the eggs in a blender. Mix eggs and herbs together and season with salt and pepper. Let the mixture sit for 20 minutes. Add flour in small portions and mix gently.
Step 3
In a large bowl, carefully combine the potatoes and eggs, then gradually add the grated sausage. In the total mass, the sausage should not merge. Divide the mixture into small pieces, round them, roll in flour and brown a little.
Step 4
Serve ready-made potato meatballs with sausage hot with fresh sour cream and cheese. You can also garnish with fresh herbs.
