Not many housewives use chips as a side salad ingredient. But they can decorate any ready-made salad with them - it will turn out very beautifully. Prepare a hearty meat salad, garnish it with chips - and now the appetizer for the festive table is ready!
It is necessary
- - 300 g of boiled meat (lean pork or veal);
- - 200 g of pickled mushrooms;
- - 150 g of hard cheese;
- - 2 boiled eggs;
- - 1 can of canned corn;
- - 1 pack of crab sticks;
- - 1 bag of chips;
- - mayonnaise, salt, green salad.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil lean meat in advance until cooked (you can then cook soup in broth), cool. Boil eggs hard-boiled, cool too. Cut hard cheese, meat, crab sticks and pickled mushrooms into cubes or strips - it doesn't matter. Separate the whites from the yolks, cut into cubes. Drain any liquid from the canned corn.
Step 2
Stir all prepared ingredients, season with a little mayonnaise, pepper and salt to taste. You can add finely chopped fresh herbs.
Step 3
Rinse the green lettuce leaves, pat dry, and lay out a nice flat dish with them. Put the prepared salad on top, spreading it evenly over the surface. Sprinkle the grated yolks over the salad. Place the potato chips in a circle. You can decorate the middle of the meat salad with dark olives. Chill the salad, serve.
Step 4
It is recommended to decorate ready-made meat salad with chips with chips just before serving, otherwise the chips will get soaked from mayonnaise, lose their attractive appearance and will not crunch pleasantly.
Step 5
Serving salad in portions: take large, even chips, put 1 tbsp on each chip. a spoonful of salad.
