  • - 200 g butter;
  • - 5 chicken eggs;
  • - 100 g sour cream;
  • - 50 g lemon juice;
  • - salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Sort the ripe cherries well, remove the leaves and stalks. Pour into a coarse sieve and rinse well. Let the cherry dry completely. Using a sharp knife, cut each cherry berry into halves and remove the seeds.

Step 2

Prepare the dough. To do this, mix together 200 grams of flour and 150 grams of sugar in a cup. Add softened butter and a little salt and stir. Transfer half of the mixture to plastic wrap and refrigerate.

Step 3

Grease a baking dish with oil, distribute the dough evenly over it, make a small side. Heat the oven and place the dish in it. Bake for fifteen minutes.

Step 4

In a blender, beat the eggs, add the remaining sugar and flour, and beat again. Add vanillin and sour cream, bring the mixture until smooth. Pour the mixture into a deep cup and add the cherries, stir without crushing. Place the filling on top of the baked dough. Remove the remaining dough from the refrigerator and rub over the top. Place in the oven and bake for forty minutes.

Step 5

Beat three whites and a little sugar, add lemon juice. Place on top of the cake in a small layer and hold in the preheated oven for five minutes.
