Lovers of cold desserts will love the chocolate-raspberry frozen cakes. They are prepared from a ready-made cake base, which is easy to find in stores. It is better to take raspberries fresh, they will go well with a chocolate biscuit base and vanilla ice cream.
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - 300 g biscuit cake base (chocolate);
- - 250 g raspberries;
- - 250 g of sugar;
- - 1 kg of ice cream;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of raspberry liqueur;
- - 1 teaspoon of lemon juice;
- - icing sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Using a sharp knife, cut a rectangular sponge cake into four thin cakes lengthwise. Then cut each piece in half. You will need two cakes per person. Spread each crust with raspberry liqueur, cover with foil, put in the refrigerator for now.
Step 2
Line a 20x20 baking sheet with baking paper. Place sugar, raspberries, lemon juice, leftover raspberry liqueur in a blender, beat until smooth. Leave 125 ml puree, mix the rest with ice cream, pour the mixture into the mold. Place in the freezer for two hours.
Step 3
Remove the ice cream from the mold, cut it into quarters. Put four cakes on the table, put a slice of ice cream on top, cover with the remaining cakes on top. Remove excess ice cream from the edges. Place the cakes in the refrigerator until they solidify.
Step 4
Sprinkle the finished chocolate-raspberry frozen cakes with powdered sugar, serve with the remaining raspberry puree, garnish with fresh berries.
